Privacy policy

This policy describes how Louky Labs LLC ("we") handles information in the Louky iPhone app and on louky.ai.

What we collect

Account: your email address and the venue your account belongs to.

Inventory content: the products, counts, levels, rooms, catalog entries and invoice pages you enter or scan, and pictures of bottles taken while counting.

Diagnostics: technical reports about recognition and app performance, including small bottle pictures, to find and fix errors. In beta versions these reports are on by default and can be turned off in the app under Help → Support.

We do not collect your location or contacts, we do not use advertising or tracking, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

To run the app: sign you in, store and sync your venue's inventory and catalog, recognize bottles, read invoices, and improve recognition for your venue. Pictures of bottles and invoice pages may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to identify products; they are processed to return a result and are not used by us for anything else.

Who processes it

Our service providers: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Anthropic (AI recognition). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your information while your account is active. To get a copy or ask us to delete your account and its data, email hello@louky.ai.

Children

Louky is a business tool and is not intended for children.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
